Semi-Automatic Shrink System

Pack-All combines an "L" sealer and shrink tunnel in one unit allowing you to set up your unitizes system anywhere on your floor; casters are optional.  No tools or start up costs involved, just plug into 120V outlet and you're ready for production.

The "L" Sealer control box features plug in circuitry, so you can replace an individual component or the entire board and eliminate costly down time. It also offers a fully adjustable product platform for instant changeover, a hole perforator system for smooth product appearance, an efficient air flow system, positive belt tracking, an adjustable dwell timer and more.

This sealer is simple. The compensated impulse sealing system automatically adjusts for long life and low maintenance.  The wire stays cool until the arm is completely secured by the electro magnets, making it very safe. The tunnel features an automatic cool down cycle to prevent damage to machine components.
