Double Coated Foams

Stickon provides double coated foam and sponge tape used for mounting and fastening, in a variety of applications. 

They range in thickness colors, and sizes, including tapes that can be custom die-cut to form gaskets.

These products adhere instantly for optimal use on an assembly line.   

The double coated foams are also suited for gap filling and bonding and they distribute stress evenly when bonding rough or irregular surfaces, either permanently or temporarily. 

The result is a bond line that seals, cushions joints against shock, resists impact, dampens sound and vibration, and withstands a wide temperature range.

They may also act as a thermal seal between cold metals and warmer plastics.
